Directions to Kingfisher Retreat from Auckland Air New Zealand fly from Auckland to Kerikeri airport several times a day. The flight takes approx 45mins. Collection from the airport would be our pleasure. Travelling via road Take state highway 1 to Whangarei / Northland. Stay on state highway 1. Travel through the outskirts of Whangarei continuing on to Kawakawa. At Kawakawa take left turning through town staying on state highway 1. After approx 10 km take right turning for state highway 10, Kerikeri, Doubtless Bay & Bay Of Islands. After approx 10 km take right turning for Kerikeri. Continue through town, past stone store, over single lane bridge, over small roundabout (Landing Road) continue along the road until you reach the T-junction with Kapiro Road / Skudders Beach Road. Turn right at this junction & then next left for Kingfisher Drive. Kingfisher Retreat will be found approx 500 metres on left hand side. Approx driving time from Auckland: 3.5 hours.
